What the Fault Means

Fault: SI P1 (CU): Copying the SI parameters rejected

Likely causes

• In p9700, the value 87 or 208 is saved or was entered offline
• This is the reason that when booting, an attempt is made to copy Safety Integrated parameters from processor 1 to processor 2
• However, no safety-relevant function has been selected on processor 1 (p9501 = 0, p9601 = 0)
• This is the reason that copying is not possible

Solution and Safe First Checks

1. set p9700 to 0.
2. check p9501 and/or p9601 and if required, correct.
3. restart the copying function by entering the corresponding value into p9700.

Safety: do not work inside the panel without isolating the power; if unsure, consult a qualified technician.
