• Output grounding
• Inter-phase short-circuit
• No parameter auto-tuning in vector control mode
• Encoder interference or wire breakage
• Output phase loss
• Current detection exception
• V/f control acceleration/deceleration time too short
• Encoder phase sequence error
• Model setting error

Solución y Primeras Comprobaciones Seguras

1. Check for output ground points and measure ground impedance by segment using a megohmmeter
2. Check whether output side is short circuited
3. Set motor parameters correctly and perform auto-tuning again
4. Check encoder cable connection and grounding
5. Check cables are properly connected
6. Contact after-sales service
7. Enable overcurrent suppression; increase acceleration/deceleration time
8. Change encoder direction if opposite to motor direction
9. Set AC drive model correctly (FF-01)
