Overcurrent during acceleration

Вероятные причины

• Grounded or short-circuited output circuit
• Auto-tuning not performed in SVC/FVC mode
• Excessively short acceleration time
• Inappropriate overcurrent stall suppression
• Inappropriate torque boost or V/f curve
• Startup of running motor
• External interference

Решение и первые безопасные проверки

1. Check motor and relay contactor for short circuit
2. Set motor parameters per nameplate and perform auto-tuning
3. Increase acceleration time (F0-17)
4. Enable overcurrent stall suppression (F3-19); adjust F3-18 to 120-160%; F3-20 to 20-40
5. Adjust torque boost or V/f curve
6. Use flying start or restart after motor stops
7. Check for external interference source; if none check driver board or Hall device
